Daily Rates are as Follows and Include:
- 1 PH per 1 hunter: $380
- 1 PH per 2 hunters: $250
- Non hunting observer: $130
- Transport from OR Tambo International airport in JHB, or transport from King Shaka International Airport in Durban.
- The daily rates include fully catered meals, local beer and wine, all soft drinks and snacks during the day.
- Accommodation ranges from rustic tented camps, hidden in the bush, but yet comfortable and luxurious, to beautifully furnished on-suite accommodation with daily laundry services. A lounge or lapa and general dining area plus swimming pool.
- Services include Professional hunters, as arranged prior to the hunt, with fully equipped vehicles, tracking and skinning staff, as well as camp staff who are responsible for the cooking, cleaning and catering. Meals are typically a very light pre-dawn snack and coffee, a large brunch cooked when the hunters return from the morning session between 10:00 and 12:00 and then a three-course dinner. When a full day in the bush is expected packed lunches are prepared by our skilled cook and taken with.
- Field Preparation of all trophies, and delivery to the taxidermist of your choice. We highly recommend Don Claire Taxidermy, a small studio, where the owner, Linus van Heerden does all the sculpting and finishing work himself.
Daily Rates Exclude:
- Air fares and additional travel, besides pick-up and drop-off.
- Trophy fees, extra vehicle hire, extra use of professional hunters (this only very rarely happens when wounded dangerous game is tracked).
- Taxidermy services and shipping of trophies.
- Curios, and other items bought.
- Food and beverages purchased at the Nkwazi lake pub and bar, should the hunting group wish to visit for scenic sundowners. This only applies to our large Zululand hunting area close to Pongola
- Alcoholic beverages above what is provided.
- Personal expenses and Gratuities.

Cape Buffalo in Zimbabwe:
Ten-day buffalo hunt in Zimbabwe Ngamo forestry area, extra days for travel. We strongly suggest clients take a day or two to remain in Vic Falls to enjoy the natural beauty before flying out. Price is all inclusive in terms of airport collection and drop-off, all meals, local wine and beer, laundry services, one on one PH, fully equipped hunting vehicles and comfortable accommodation. Salting of trophies and delivery to a taxidermist of your choice, to be sent to your country of origin. Price does not include the stay in Victoria falls , curios, tips, travel, and any other expenses.
All-inclusive package: $17 000
Cape buffalo bull trophy: $7000
Total: $24 000
- Plains game O. R Depending on the duration of the hunt and on area hunted.
- Other dangerous game such as lion, leopard, hippo P.O.R, depending on the duration of the hunt and area hunted.
Business Terms
- A deposit of the entire accommodation is required on booking the hunt, in order for us to secure the concession.
- The remainder of the balance for trophy fees, and any possible extras is to be settled before departure. To accommodate client’s payment can be made via Visa or Master Card, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or in cash.
- No deposits will be refunded unless bookings are cancelled at least sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the hunt. We will accommodate the hunter by rescheduling those hunts, or transferring them to another year, with the obvious cost implications of yearly tariff changes. Exceptional circumstances will obviously be catered for to accommodate the hunter as best as we can
- All wounded or lost game is charged in full.
