Plains Game Hunting

The majority of foreign hunters will hunt a selection of South Africa’s plains game on their first hunt. It offers fantastic value for money, a very challenging, as well as a very diverse hunt. With South Africa offering the most huntable species on the continent, Amaphisi Safaris offers a wide range of free-range plains game, as well as well as fully self-sustaining herds of animals on large came conservation areas, at an affordable price. Most plains game is hunted via walk and stalk, or spot and stalk, where an animal is seen from the vehicle, or a natural vantage point, and a hunt is planned from there, to get as close to the quarry as possible.

Package Hunts

Amaphisi offers two packages if a client does not want to choose from the list of animals on the pricelist.

1. Spiral horn package:

  • Animals include one trophy eland bull, one trophy kudu bull, one trophy nyala bull and one trophy bushbuck ram.
